For now they are obtainable only through trading as the event has since ended.

Ghostly (Knife) (Uncommon) – looks like a black knife with images of ghosts and musical notes on it.
Ghosts (Gun) (Rare) – its barrel is white, which fades into a smoky gray. The frame is smoky gray with a dim white aura with eight ghosts varying in different sizes imprinted on it, hence the name. The handle is solid black.
